About me

With over 14 years of experience in the culinary world, my journey began in Greece and has taken me through some of the most inspiring Michelin-starred kitchens across the globe. From the sunny coasts of Fuerteventura, Spain to the vibrant culinary scene of Dubai and Abu Dhabi where I led the kitchen at the W Hotel on Yas Island. Each step has shaped my craft and philosophy around food.

My time training in Italy under Michelin-starred chef Theodor Falser refined my appreciation for precision, balance and respect for ingredients. Later in London, I spent five incredible years at the world-renowned two-Michelin-star restaurant Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, where I grew to the position of Sous Chef.

Most recently in Dublin Ireland, I held the position of Head Chef at Marco Pierre White’s restaurant in Donnybrook, continuing to build on my passion for excellence and creativity.

Now I’m bringing my experience and love for gastronomy to private dining in Dublin creating memorable, restaurant-quality experiences in the comfort of your home
