About me
I’m a chef with 14 years of experience, from Greece to Michelin-star kitchens across the world. My journey started in Fuerteventura, Spain, and took me through Dubai, where I honed my craft at the W Hotel on Yas Island. Training in Italy with Michelin-starred chef Theodor Falser deepened my love for precision and detail. In London, I thrived for five years as a Sous Chef at the renowned 2-star Michelin restaurant, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. Now based in Dublin, I’m excited to share my culinary passion and unique blend of international techniques with you.
